Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PremierGarden Care's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

PremierGarden Care provides professional garden cleaning and maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Leaf removal and debris cleanup
  • Lawn maintenance and care
  • Gutter cleaning services
  • Seasonal garden preparation
  • Commercial property maintenance

3. Booking and Scheduling

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by PremierGarden Care. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Scheduling changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of service completion

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment without penalty
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

6. Liability and Insurance

PremierGarden Care is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property
  • Damage caused by severe weather conditions
  • Underground utilities not properly marked
  • Plants or landscaping features not identified prior to service

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to work areas
  • Identifying and marking sensitive plants or areas
  • Ensuring pets are secured during service
  • Notifying us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems
  • Providing accurate contact information

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve any issues at no additional cost.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PremierGarden Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PremierGarden Care be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
